How to active a Phone number.

Intro

Sending SMS to clients is very efficient way to get in touch with your clients. You will get your own dedicated number within the CRM.

Step 1: Go to the ‘Settings‘ tab.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Phone Numbers‘ tab. Click on the ‘+ Add Number‘, then ‘Add Phone Number(Used for SMS and Calls)‘.

Step 3: On the modal, select Canada as your country of choice, then click on ‘Filter‘ to select your preferred are code.

Step 4: Enter your preferred area code as shown below, select ‘First part of number‘ and click the ‘Apply‘ button to filter available phone numbers in your preferred area.

Step 5: Select a phone number from the available options the click the ‘Proceed to Buy‘. Please note that, currently, Instahub covers the cost of the phone number.

Step 6: Your number is added to your account immediately. Click on the ‘X‘ to close the modal.
